Our Fish Art

At the end of term one we were all involved in creating our fishes as part of our rich task which was marine biology. Using black paper and pastels, creating wierd and unique fish and hanging them on the walls in our class.

Hopefully you all have had a great holiday. But we all know the term is very close to starting. Make sure you are ready and good to go.

We did this piece of art with our names. Although you may not be able to see them at first, you'll find that our names are mirrored across the side.

These are our portraits which we painted in term 1. We modified them so features of our faces were different from what they are. Some turned out to be extra scary and some totally weird.

Room 31 has just started making a blog. This blog will share with you our learning, ideas and amazing projects.

This term we are learning about small businesses, which includes making a product to sell at the Balmoral Big Day Out in Term 4. Some of our ideas so far inlcude clay animals, candles, hacky sacks, jewellery, play dough and hand bags.

Some of the other things this term have included making clay masks in art, novel studies, some of us will also be beginning food and metal tech this term.
